Once you are out in the open world, you will be able to access the DLC quest from the Pip-boy. To access this new DLC, you need to atleast complete the introduction of the game, which means leaving Vault 111. To confirm that the DLC is successfully installed, you have to check out the add-ons section at the main menu and if Automatron is listed there, it confirms that the DLC was successfully installed. If you have the Season Pass of Fallout 4 or have purchased the DLC individually, you will need to download it before you can access in the game. You can read more details about this DLC from here. This is DLC is a part of the Season Pass for the game or can be purchased individually on PSN, Xbox Live and Steam.
